Nikon Reflex-Nikkor 2000 mm f/ 11 lens

This is a rather rare specimen and one of the largest lenses for Nikon full-frame cameras, equipped with an L37c filter. The Nikkor 2000mm f/11 is only available in a "light" color variant, which was designed to reduce the heat generated by the lens barrel. The lens has a fixed aperture of f/11 and weighs approximately 25 kilograms!
The lens is very interesting and much smaller in size due to its mirror design. At such a focal length, weather conditions are very important, the sharpness of the picture
directly depends on whether it is cold outside or not, whether the sun is shining brightly or it is behind the clouds. The image literally changes before our eyes, becoming either sharper or almost out of focus.
The Nikkor 2000mm f / 11 was first shown at the Photokina 1970 exhibition. The second "version" of the lens with minor improvements went on sale in 1975. In total, not many lenses of this model were produced.
